After measuring the building, this is a very straightforward project structurally, which is good.
The scope covers approximately 3,850 square feet of glass across 240 windows. Ground-level access makes this an efficient install.
Where most issues happen on jobs like this is not the install itself, but improper removal and prep, which leads to bubbling, peeling, and uneven appearance later.
My goal is to get this done clean, efficiently, and without this becoming a headache for you or your building.
